What is myofunctional therapy?

Orofacial-myofunctional therapy focuses on retraining the muscles of the face, tongue, lips, and airway to function properly. When these muscles work correctly, they support healthy nasal breathing, proper swallowing, correct tongue posture, and optimal airway development. This therapy is gentle, effective, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
